IPTV Smarters Not Working — How to Fix It

Common fixes, in order
I see a black or blank screen after login
Give the app a moment to finish importing channels on first launch. If it stays blank, close the app fully and reopen it, then open Live TV rather than the dashboard.
Login fails or says the details are invalid
Re-enter the server URL exactly as emailed, including http/https and the port number, and re-type the username and password carefully — a trailing space is the most common cause.
Channels won't load or keep buffering
Open Settings → Stream Format and set it to Default, then save and restart the app. A wired connection or 5GHz Wi-Fi also helps on busy networks.
A VPN or Private Relay is interfering
Turn off any VPN during activation. On iPhone and iPad, also disable iCloud Private Relay in your Apple ID settings, then reopen the app.
It says my subscription is expired or inactive
Check the validity date in your purchase email. If it should still be active, contact support by email with your order details and we'll look into it.
