Step-by-step

Open Smart IPTV and note your MAC
Launch the Smart IPTV app on your TV and write down the MAC address shown on screen.

On a computer or phone, open the official Smart IPTV site's playlist upload page.

Enter your MAC and playlist
Type your TV's MAC address and paste your M3U URL (or upload an M3U file), then submit.

Reload the app
Reopen Smart IPTV on your TV so it pulls in the playlist you just linked.

Troubleshooting
The playlist doesn't appear
Confirm the MAC address matches your TV exactly, then reopen the app to force a refresh.
